Our Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! This policy applies to all purchases made directly from dreimind.com. We take pride in the unique nature of our clothing, and for this reason, we are unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind. If you believe you have received a defective item, please keep your proof of purchase handy and contact us.
1. How to Cancel Your Order
Changed your mind? It happens! Please email our customer service team at service@dreimind.com as soon as possible. We will check the status of your order for you.
If Your Order Hasn't Shipped: We can cancel your order immediately at no cost to you, and you will receive a full refund.
If Your Order Has Already Shipped: Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once it is with the courier. You will need to wait for the package to arrive and then follow our return process outlined below. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
2. Conditions for a Return
We can only accept returns for items that meet these criteria:
- Defective item.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom Products
- Bras
- Underwear
4. What to Do with a Defective Product
We are so sorry if you've received a defective item! Please follow these steps so we can make it right:
Contact our support team at service@dreimind.com right away to let us know about the problem. Please include photos if possible.
Our team will review your claim. Once approved, you can send the product back to us. Please ensure it is returned within 7 days of when you first received it.
Once we receive and inspect the item, you can choose between a full refund to your original payment method or a brand-new replacement, sent to you at no extra cost.
5. Damaged Items & Repairs
Our return policy is designed to cover manufacturing defects. It does not cover items that have been damaged through misuse. If your item is damaged and not covered by this policy, we may be able to offer a paid repair service. Please contact us to see if this is an option for you.
