Secure Payments via PayPal
We accept all major credit cards and digital wallets through our secure PayPal checkout. This includes:

You do not need a PayPal account to pay with your credit or debit card. Simply select the PayPal option at checkout and choose "Pay with Debit or Credit Card."
Payment Declined? Here's What to Do
We're sorry you're having trouble checking out. It happens sometimes! Here are the most common reasons a card payment might not go through and how to quickly fix them.
1. The Billing Address Doesn't Match
This is the most common issue. For security, the billing address you enter must exactly match the address your bank has on file for that card.
How to Fix: Please double-check that the cardholder's name, street address, and postal code in the "Billing Address" section are a perfect match to your credit card statement. Remember, this can be different from your shipping address! Please do not select "same as shipping address" if they are different.
2. The CVV Code is Incorrect
The CVV (or CVC) is the short security code on your card.
How to Fix: Take a moment to ensure the code you entered is correct. For Visa and Mastercard, it's the 3-digit number on the back. For American Express, it's the 4-digit number on the front.
3. Your Bank Needs Confirmation
Sometimes, for your own security, your bank might place a hold on a transaction.
How to Fix: A quick call to your bank is usually all it takes to authorize the payment. If you're still having issues, we highly recommend trying PayPal as an alternative, as it often provides a seamless checkout experience.
A Few More Details About Your Payment
- Payment Authorization: When you place an order, you might see a "pending" charge on your account. Don't worry! This is just a temporary authorization hold to confirm your card is valid. We only formally charge your card and collect the payment once your order has shipped.
- One Payment Method Per Order: Please note that we can only accept one form of payment for each order. It is not possible to split a payment between two different cards.
- "Pending" Order Status: If your order status says "Pending," it simply means we're waiting for the payment to be fully confirmed. As soon as it goes through, we'll get right to work on preparing your order!
- Cash on Delivery (COD): We currently do not offer a Cash on Delivery payment option.

A: Once we receive your confirmed payment, we will process and arrange for the shipment of all in-stock items within 1-2 business days. If an item happens to be out of stock, our customer service team will reach out to you by email to find a solution.
Q: How long does a refund take to process?
A: We process refunds back to the original payment method you used. It typically takes about 7-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
